Defender have launched an innovative new addition to their range, the IP67 Extension Lead. Its weatherproof design makes it ideal for all weather conditions with full protection from dust, dirt and water so it is a must-have for the construction industry.

Its versatility allows it to be used in many different ways with Defender incorporating exclusive design features which make it different from standard extension leads.

One of the exclusive benefits of this product is the way the IP67 plug and coupler connect with the 1.5mm cable, meaning that anyone can safely connect applications together worry free. The way the plug and coupler are configured allows the IP67 plug to fit into any standard 3 pin socket and the IP67 coupler to fit into any standard 3 pin plug. Another advantage is the easy hand screw for external cable clamping.

With its vivid yellow colour signalling 110V this extension lead is easy to identify onsite while the tough plastic casing makes it long lasting.

Having an IP rating of IP67 means this power lead offers total protection against penetration of dust, protection against high pressure jets of water from all directions and being immersed into water up to 1 metre deep for 30 minutes. This is ideal as winter approaches with the wet weather causing daily challenges onsite and is one less health and safety concern!

This robust product has been tested and proven to be durable and reliable for use with construction site applications, even in the worst of winter conditions onsite.

Use with all your usual applications, for example portable transformers, lights, corded hand tools, light industrial and heavy duty 16A reels. This product is also suitable for site heating and cooling equipment, as long as it does not exceed 16A.
