Having worked throughout the company since 2000, Nathan has considerable knowledge and experience in all areas. As Senior Director he embraces change, motivates the team and strategically leads the company forward.

As Managing Director, Daniel oversees all aspects of the business. Having previously spent many years as Sales Director, he has a deep understanding of our customers’ needs ensuring Kernow remains as customer focused as ever.

Overseeing Kernow’s vast range of products and leading the buying team, Aaron is the forefront in procurement. Every day he works closely with trusted suppliers to ensure Kernow has the right products at competitive prices.

Since he joined in 1992 Reuben has helped to build the company to the successful business it is today. His valuable industry knowledge and experience continues to support and help to move the company forward.

One of the founding members and Directors of Kernow, Andrew has been a key part of the company since 1989. With almost 30 years’ valued experience within the industry, Andrew really does have the Kernow-How.

From assisting the Directors with schedules and communications, to customer service and media content, Taneisha’s can-do approach and professionalism make her a huge support to the company and its valued customers.

With Robin’s 20 plus years of sales experience, you’ll find him travelling up and down the country visiting and supporting large National Contractors – offering solutions to their problems, and building relationships for life.

Darren has a passion for developing new business and sharing our Kernow-How with potential customers. He's sure to bring plenty of enthusiasm when visiting customers on-site as well as our famous Kernow biscuits.

Jacob brings a positive can-do attitude to the team and enjoys the complexities of solving queries. Working closely with Key Accounts, he supports their requirements and delivers a fantastic service to their projects at all times.

With the trademark Kernow friendliness. Maria treats every customer as her first priority. She understands the challenges & time crucial projects this industry encounters & works with customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver.

Charlotte’s extensive experience of working for construction contractors means she understands our customers’ needs first hand. She ensures every enquiry and order is managed with the highest levels of efficiency and professionalism.

For many customers Simon is their go-to man knowing he will always go above and beyond to meet their every need. With a jovial spirit, he will do his upmost to find a viable solution in line with our customers’ expectations.

Anne joins us with a wealth of experience in sales and account management across a variety of industries. She is motivated, organised and proactively manages our relationships with some of our major key accounts.

With a fixings background, Paul has excellent industry knowledge as well as 36 years’ experience in customer service. He is well equipped to understand the needs and wants of our customers, occasionally assisting with manning the trade counter.

Martyn is the first face you will see upon entering Kernow. Having been with the company since 1995, he has extensive product knowledge and expertise. What Martyn doesn’t know about power tools simply isn’t worth knowing!

With a strong background in commercial management, Jason works closely with potential customers to identify their needs so he can deliver the best tailored solutions.

On answering the phone to Katie our customers are guaranteed to be on the receiving end of her chirpiness and helpful manner. She’s naturally empathetic and truly understands her customers in order to deliver the best individual solution.

Drawing on his vast experience, Wayne brings great ideas to Kernow. He ensures the best stock management systems, processes and logistics are in place to overcome challenges, drive progress and provide a smooth order process.

For bespoke brackets, supports & framework built to your exact requirements, Mark is your man. Having previously spent many years overcoming challenges in the M&E industry, his experience and workmanship are second to none.

With a strong management and accounts background, Emma keeps an eye on all things finance, from managing timely customer payments to insurances, credits and cash management. She is also the company’s Mental Health Advisor.

Justine brings notable experience from previous roles in the building services and utilities industry. Her great attitude to delivering a personal service and good sense of fun make Justine a valued support to the Team and Customers.

Naturally empathetic, Kate focuses on the needs of our customers to provide relevant and useful communication. She enjoys working with all teams to deliver coordinated campaigns and ensures we stay true to our core values.

With previous experience in the building sector, Darren’s industry knowledge is a real bonus to the Marketing Team. His technical mind serves him well for website, catalogue and content work which he delivers with precision!

Gareth is the expert at keeping our warehouses stocked with the right products at the right prices. He negotiates daily with our suppliers to ensure our customers have access to what they need, when they need it.
