4.8x125mm Zinc Drywall Screws Fine Thread

  • Drywall Screws are used for fixing plasterboard and other composite boards.
  • Used mainly in the partitioning and fire-proofing industry.
  • They are bugle-headed to prevent bursting the plasterboard skin and have a No.2 Phillips recess.
  • Fully threaded up to 50mm, partially threaded thereafter.
  • Designed to pierce and drill into 0.9mm of metal channel.
  • For larger guage channel, self-drilling drywall screws are recomended.


Technical Information:

All Drywall fastenings should be driven straight and the heads should be set slightly below the plane of the surface.
Once inserted the screw should be sealed and taped to avoid any contact with wet plaster or plasterboard lime.
Plated in either Zinc or Black Phosphate to withstand 50 hours salt spray test.
