Intumescent Low Profile Duct Sleeves

A more compact version of the orginal Duct Sleeve that offers the same industry leading fire performance. 2 Hour rating to EN 1366-3:2009, EN 13501-1 Construction covered. Independently fire tested to BS EN 1366-3. Uncapped/Uncapped (Open|Open) Fire tested as required for ventilation systems. In the event of a fire the intumescent material of the duct sleeve expands and crushes the plastic ventilation duct, closing off this route to the fire for up to 2 hours. Can be easily fitted and only requires access from one side. Does not need metal sleeving and sleeve can be slit to allow retrofitting. The slim dimensions (10-15mm thickness) allows installation at any postition in the wall, even tight to the floor slab, without removing the top side.
